How do I book a consultation?
Fill out the CONTACT US form telling me a bit more about your event and we will book an in person meeting within two weeks. We will discuss:
What should I bring to my consultation appointment?
Details about the size, scope, theme and location of your event are most vital for the initial consultation. I will also ask some questions to help focus your vision. Creating a Pinterest board of inspiration arrangements is very helpful to really visualize what you like, and don't like.
How far in advance should I order my flowers?
I recommend a minimum 6-8 months prior to your event, especially if your wedding is during summer months. We have a limited number of weddings & events per weekend, to ensure personalized attention. Book as early as possible to secure your date. But if its less than that, thats okay too!
How do I secure my wedding date?
Once we have met and a proposal has been agreed upon, a contract will be written up to be signed and sent in with your downpayment to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
Do you travel outside of Portland?
Yes! I love to travel outside of the Portland area.
What are your delivery, set up and take down fees?
All delivery, set up and take down costs depend on the location and time needed onsite. All fees will be specified in the proposal.
Can I provide additional arrangements?
I ask for exclusivity when working together. We source the best floral wholesalers and want to maintain consistency and high quality for any arrangement on your big day. If there is something specific we aren’t able to accomplish, there is flexibility.
What are your prices?
The best way to answer that is: What is your budget? We work together to create a plan that best meets and exceeds your vision and style while maximizing your budget. The minimum order for a wedding during the peak season (June-August) is $2500.
Do you do anything for smaller events; engagement parties, elopement, memorials or corporate events?
YES! Depending on timing, we love to do all sorts of events. Contact us to talk more about A LA CART options.
